The Firewall Hydra Sorcerer is just one of our three favorite builds in the Open Beta of Diablo IV in March 2023. Limited to level 25 and Fractured Peaks, there are several systems like Paragon Points, PvP, Ultimate Skills, and Capstone Skills that people couldn't demonstrate, however, these three builds provide you with a good feeling of how the Sorcerer could be played. Firewall Hydra Sorcerer Build
The Firewall Hydra Sorcerer is a Fire build that can take advantage of the high passive damage of the Hydra while emphasizing damage with time from burning, with Firewall and Incinerate. Using Fire Blast with piercing ensures that enemies still burn.

High DoT and debuff output
Fire Shield to save challenging situations
Active, engaging play style

Mana regeneration is an issue
Vulnerable to burst damage, like the majority of casters

For our Firewall Hydra Sorc, we wanted massive burst damage based on lots of burning AOE to complete any stragglers. This build proved helpful in previous Beta phases, especially at choke points like bridges, gullies, and doorways where we're able to stack enemies near our Hydra and drop Firewalls in it. Inferno then finishes your dream.
NOTE: always go ahead and take the next node's skill because it becomes available, then your enhancement. Backfill by leveling earlier skills and taking upgrades before the next node opens up.
This build is perfect for levels 1-25 for Sorcerer. It assumes you will find the two additional skill points from Renown. If you click right through to the skill within the database, the accessible enhancements and upgrades are going to be displayed.
Basic Skill - Fire Bolt (3/5)
Fire Bolt
Hurl a flaming bolt, dealing 12% damage and burning for a further 6% damage over 8 seconds
Enhancements:
Enhanced Fire Bolt
Fire Bolt Pierces through burning enemies.
Glinting Fire Bolt
: Critical Strikes with Fire Bolt boost the burning damage you need to do to the enemy by 20% for 4 seconds
This build is mana intensive, specifically, if you are lucky enough to get be able to use two hydras. A powerful basic skill that enhances burning is very useful.
